On Being a Better Coworker and Person: 10 Habits from Jeff Haden

Over the weekend I read Jeff Haden’s blog post on Inc.: “10 Habits of Remarkably Charismatic People.” It inspired me and lead to some deep introspection. Am I the coworker I wish to be (um…some days yes, some days, no)? Do I give positive feedback more than critical advice? Do I give my full attention and show that I care by listening actively, without an agenda and desire to “fix” their situation?

I am committed to becoming more like this person Jeff Haden describes. What about you? Are you working on anything? Are you “Remarkably Charismatic?”
